🗎 Terms of Service and Rules 🗎


Not reading my Terms of Service and Rules is NOT an excuse for breaking them. It is YOUR responsibility to read and understand my terms. You agree to the following terms whenever buying from me. Don't be scared to ask questions.

My ToS/Rules are subject to change over time as I see fit.


If you have purchased from me in the past and new rules have been added, you still have to follow the new rules regardless of how I conducted commissions prior. Remember to stay informed. I will make any changes known.

Anchor 1

  • My artwork is my intellectual property;

    • Tracing, copying, claiming it as your own, or using it for any monetary gain without my permission is in violation of copyright law.

    • I have the right to share any art piece I make for you on my social media, and potentially on my website as an example.

  • My commissions are intended for PERSONAL USE only.  So please consider that before commissioning me. If you intend to use my artwork for COMMERCIAL USE, you MUST contact me first.

  • I do allow emotes to be used commercially for streaming only. My emotes (or any of my art) are NOT meant to be put on merchandise without my written consent by contract,

  • Please, do NOT remove my watermark.

  • For your protection, I will respect your character(s) as well. I will not use them without permission nor steal them. 

    • Additionally, any contact or other private information you give me throughout the commission process will NOT be saved, stored, or shared.​

    • I expect you to do the same for any information you receive from me.

$ Payment $

  • Payment is due upfront. I only take PayPal.  ​

    • I will send a PayPal invoice for payment. This is for the protection of both parties.​​

    • I only start once FULL payment is sent.

      • Payment plans can be discussed.​

  • All my prices are based on US Dollars (USD) and no other currency.

  • Like Rules and ToS, prices of commissions are subject to change as I see fit.

    • I will not charge you more if I increase my prices during the process of a commission accepted prior to the change. 

    • NOR will I give money back if a commission price is decreased after a commission is accepted and paid for. (This scenario is very unlikely)​​​

🚧Procedure🚧

Anchor 2

Before Starting

  • Again, remember to read my Terms of Service and Rules before commissioning me. Even if you commissioned me in the past, review them in case anything has changed. I do list significant changes under the Updates tab.

    • If you are in contact with me during a change, I will also inform you what has changed and how it may affect you.
       

  • When commissioning me, please provide a character reference(s) (digital preferred) and what commission type you are looking at. Don't be scared to ask questions or provide additional information on what you want. I'm fine with hyper-specific requests and vague requests.

    • Please note, failure to provide information on something you want, I will not know you wanted it. I will ask questions about specifics before accepting your commission. Please provide any and all information, references, and specifics you may have for your order.

    • However, at any time before payment, I have the right to reject a commission for any reason.
       

  • The artwork will take 1 week up to 3 months to finish. It depends on my to-do list and IRL obligations.

    • ​If you need your piece by a certain date, you MUST inform me first.
       

  • I tend to stream all my commission progress. Please let me know if I should NOT stream your commission. (ie. it is a gift)

    • Don't be scared to ask me to make changes even if I'm live! I tend to still send WIPs anyway even if you are in chat so you may comfortably ask for changes in private.​

Once Started

  • I will send you the first sketch WIP. You can request to make changes as many times during the SKETCHING process. Don't be scared to ask for anything to be changed.

    • Seriously, I will NOT be offended if you want ANYTHING changed! Be HONEST with me! 

    • Note: It is SIGNIFICANTLY easier to change a sketch than line art.
       

  • After I complete all the necessary changes and get confirmation with the sketch, I will move onto the next steps of your commission. I will likely send WIPs for each of the following steps to ensure you are happy with how it looks:

    • Line art > color > shading* > background* > background shading* > line art color > effects*

      • * Some of these steps may not be included or missing, it depends on the commission.

    • You may also request WIPs at any time. Sometimes I may not have any new WIPs.
       

  • ​​I do allow changes during these stages, but please do this SPARINGLY. 

    • ​Asking for excessive changes (10+ times) or for me to start over after a significant amount of work is done after the line art is started, I may ask you for an extra payment.

      • ​​Payment will likely consist of a couple of dollars, I will not gouge you.
         

  • I am NOT responsible if you fail to give me the information for any changes during the progress of your commission.

    • ​If you give comments and allow me to continue, I will not go back and make changes if you change your mind once I have finished.

    • I am not a mind reader and cannot read non-verbal cues about something you want to be changed. Again, you should be very direct with me. 
       

  • However, I am responsible if I ever make a mistake. I will NOT demand you to pay extra for my mistake. 

    • If I ever forget to include something, I will go back to fix it. (Remember to remind me!)

    • If I ever add something extra, I will keep it in depending on how you feel about the addition. But you will NOT be charged extra for it if you choose to keep it.

    • If I ever finish a commission without showing you any WIPs or continue working without any of your comments on WIPs, I will NOT charge you if you ask for changes.​​

Once Finished

  • I will send you the full resolution image once all final changes have been completed and confirmed. You are free to share your commission anywhere with proper credit, you may tag/link any of my social media or this website. You can use my art for any personal use purposes. Remember to follow the copyright policy.

  • I will most likely post the completed art on my social media. Let me know if you can/want to be tagged! You can remain anonymous if you like. You can let me know who else you want to be tagged as well.

    • If you would like your commission to not be posted until a certain date, let me know.​

✂Refund Policy✂

  • You have the right to ask me for a refund anytime before I send you the first WIP sketch. Just contact me ASAP, DO NOT hesitate. Even if I already sent you the first WIP sketch, you can still ask for a full refund.

  • However, if I already started other parts of your commission, we will have to discuss a partial refund. Remember to inform me about the refund as soon as you can.

    • Full refunds become unavailable after completion of the line art. Please refer to Procedure.

    • You are eligible to receive up to a 75% refund depending on what I have finished.

    • Your specific order also affects the percentage of refund you would get.  ​

  • I do NOT give refunds once the commission is completed.

​

  • At any point, I may cancel your order. At this point, I will give you a full refund if I haven't started or only sent you the first WIP sketch. For any other stages, I will give you a 90% refund.

    • Your commission may be picked up on another date, but a refund will be issued on cancellation.​ You will then have to wait until I am open for commissions again.

    • Payment will have to be returned upon being asked to pick it back up. Extra charges will be applied or removed if you make changes to your order if it is picked back up.

  • In the unlikely event, I am unable to provide a refund upon request, I will pay interest as needed.
